Happy 2019!

It’s time for a belated New Year’s post. First, the reason this post comes a few weeks late is because I have already completed one resolution – blog subscription is now fully operational. If you would like to receive an email when I write a new post to this blog, just sign up via the link in the navigation bar to the left.

Now on to more good stuff. 2018 was a big year. I learned a lot at my new job, becoming familiar with the ins and outs of the pharmaceutical industry. I bought a car. I toured Boston, drove around coastlines and wilderness in New England, and flew to the UK and to Germany for work and a bit of exploration. I became acclimated to cooking and cleaning on a weekly basis, and it seems I have become a decent cook. I met my girlfriend. And now, I can’t wait to see what happens in 2019.

As usual, I will not say my resolutions for 2019, because I think they’re better kept private, but let’s just say that I am excited for the adventures to come. Things can only get better!

Ok, here goes just one resolution. I will try to write on this blog more. To be quite frank, I haven’t felt a strong impulse to write of late. Perhaps I simply have not been allocating enough time to It, or maybe I’ve been kept busy by all the changes in my life. In any case, the only way to grow as a writer is to write, and I hope some of that creative spark comes back this year.

To finish this post, here are a few photos from my travels at the end of December to the Massachusetts Museum of Contemporary Art and to Newport, RI.
